B-vitamins are a biggie, but I guess you've already got a bunch of those.
I've found that getting up early and eating breakfast kick-starts your metabolism for the day. eat light many times in the day rather than gorging yourself once or twice. this helps prevent food coma. I also try not to sleep more than 8 hours a day, because any more than that just makes me more tired.
