I've heard that taking Biotin accelerates metabolism. I have quite a bit of Biotin in my B-50 complex... feeling more tired and fat than ever.
Been reading about the Apple Cider Vinegar fad diet. Sounds intriguing, though I can't tell if it's 100% gimmick or not.
Suggestions for a new supplement for me to try? Desired: faster metabolism and more energy. I nodded off at the gym today despite sleeping for 9 solid hours last night.
