Afternoon Florida Round-Up

It's just past 2:00 here in Florida, and there are still no major election snafus to report. I'm sure there are plenty of other Floridians crossing their fingers and hoping to avoid a 2000 recount redux. So far, so good!

Do be clear, fivethirtyeight.com's percent isn't directly related to the polling advantage. It is a statistic of how many times their simulation gave the state to Obama. The simulation is, of course, based on past history and current polling.

Good point. That's not a poll number, it's a probability that's created by a simulation that accounts for lots of polling data. I found it noteworthy, because it moved from 67% Obama to 73% Obama today.
