We've been training a lot. I would have challenged the gym a lot earlier, but things came up. I'll probably give them a break and work on the other guys since they're lower-levelled. Maybe the later gyms will be more of a challenge.
They're fine. The birds' attacks didn't do much. I'll just stop by the Center and get them healed.

A couple of my Pokémon don't really like to fight, so I don't use them much. But these guys were pumped, especially Leo here. [He rubs the top of the grinning Persian's head.]
Yeah, I want to go soon so I can get to her faster.

I see, it is good to hear that they aren't forced to fight very often. You Leo fought bravely, but I must admit that you surorised me with that big... fish? Was it a fish? It is amusing that you named him Carp.
That is good. I have been lost a few times before, it was an unpleasant feeling though it wasn't always an unpleasant experience. I pray she will be fine.

Well, he's actually a dragon and flying type. I don't know how, since he doesn't have any wings... He's called a Gyarados. He used to be a fish, though. A Magikarp. I didn't feel like changing his name once he evolved like I did for Leo. [A name like that made him less intimidating, which was his goal.]
We know where she is, but it's far away. Unless you mean the other girl I was travelling with... in that case, I don't know where she is.

I am told that this actually happens often. My friend mentioned two people from our world also disappeared recently. Before I arrived.

Yeah, he used to be a red fish that couldn't do anything. Not all Pokémon evolve, but most do as they level up. Some Pokémon only evolve if you give them special stones. Not all evolutions are so drastic, though.
Yeah, it happens. [It hasn't happened to anyone from his world yet, but it very well could.]

Hnmm... I believe I met a few people who shared that they had that pokemon. This is the first time I ever saw one that evolved. Did you use such stones?
