Those of you who work at Medical Island or have a better grasp of medicine than I do:

Say if someone were running a temperature of 102.3 degrees. What would be the best way to care for this someone?

Yeah. I'm, as you can see, a girl right now. I'm taking advantage of it by eating lots of foods I normally can't eat and making fun of people who don't know it's me.
