So I was in the Sunday Express today!

I'm pretty happy with it. I wanted her to include much more of my opinion on how to improve mental health services but she was obviously limited with how much she could fit in.

a very good article and a lovely pic of yours, but you say she had limited room - ironically, in the print version one third of the page is the huge headline!

Hope that your say will help change things. Sorry dear, I had not imagined it was all so painful.

Oh wow, good stuff getting awareness out there. There's a big push here in Victoria (Australia) to go back to single-sex wards for women. I'm definitely agreed with you about there needing to be young adult/emerging adult services separate from paediatric or adult services (have never been hospitalised, but it was a near thing at age 17/18).

Brevity is one of the major features of tabloid journalism, so that explains why not much of what you said made it in (their readership probably can't handle articles that are too long), but woo :) And I agree, the photo is nice!
