Its natural when you lose something that was such a big part of your life. To hurt, to be sad, horrible, crappy. If you didn't feel these things, then the relationship wouldn't have been worth it. but there is one thing that you need to know - You are going to be okay. You might feel horrible today, the day after, and the day after that and as much as you want it to, it probably won't go away for a long time. In the mean time, keep yourself occupied, learn a craft, pick up forgotten hobbies, exercise, read, better yourself. It won't make those feelings completely go away, but they will distract you for a while. And when the pain and the thoughts come back again, embrace it, cry it out, but remind yourself, that you will, be okay. Then start the process again, keep at it, recognise you are strong, important, and mostly, that its worth it ( ... )
