I think food events like this and all these restaurants are the main reason i stick around LA there's too much food culture for me to escape

That stuff looks amazing.
I love your passion for food and I hope once I am in school I still love it so much. Making tasting menus sounds like something I would enjoy as well. I'm excited to get started.

I absolutely love dineLA week! You worked at Cafe Firenze? That's awesome! It's one place that I have yet to try. You are going to love the Bazaar! I'm having a hard time deciding where to go... I'm thinking Culver City seems to have a lot of up and coming places. Have you tried Waterloo & City? They're amazing!

Yes I helped opened that restaurant with Fabio in 07 got a job while i was in culinary school before he was on Top Chef and I worked my way up to Executive chef there in 09 and finished working there during 10. It was a really awesome experience, I did things i might never have the opportunity to do. He has a really amazing staff that really is the heart and soul of that place. I think people forget one chef no matter how great they are never makes the Restaurant its everyone in every aspect from dishwashers to the accountant. :)

DineLa is wonderful. I'm so glad to be participating. I know everywhere sounds good i wish i had an unlimited amount of money to go everywhere!

Culver city is really up and coming. I haven't been to Waterloo & City but I'm going to put it on my list, their menu sounds fantastic :)
