Since I first heard the rumors of a new Star Trek movie, I had heard that Zach Quinto has wanted to be Spock in the rumored movie.

This year at San Diego ComicCon the world found out that Zach Quinto had been cast as Spock in the new Star Trek movie.

At David Hewlett's blog he says Damnit Jim, it's true! And I'll make no "Bones" about it! McKay

*facepalm* Wow... as soon as I saw the "Bones" thing, I was hoping that it would say something about David Boreanaz. *le sigh*

Nope, sorry. On TOS, Jim's nickname for McCoy nickname was Bones.

I'm not a trekkie or anything I swear! I just like to watch episodes on TV Land!

In some magazine, can't remember which, there was a poll for who should be kirk and Nathan Fillion won. I know next to nothing about Star Trek (besides the fact that Kirk/Spock was like the beginning of slash fanfic)...but if Zach, David and Nathan were all in it I explode with happiness. Or even if it's just Zach and David. Even if it's just Zach I'll be super excited to see it.
