I am glad that someone is writing stories where Pete and Patrick as pathetically in love so I don't have to!

This is one of those fics where is seems like the porn is the important part, but it's really just the way you trick people into reading a shipping manifesto. I APPROVE!

Once I stop scrabbling for all the music I lost when my computer died, I will finish the fic I'm currently writing, then write one where Ashlee is really Pete's bff and around to comfort him about Patrick not being in love w/ him (or something). Promise.

If anything, this is more like their songwriting process; chaotic back and forth calling to mind nights spent arguing over reams of notebook paper, each of them fighting to give the other enough to work with. It's frustrating, and it's fucking clumsy as hell, but Patrick wouldn't have it any other way.
