Ugh! Will you stop following me?

[Tifa swats rather ineffectually at a small glowing figure making a game out of peering over her shoulder. The little fairy giggles but avoids the swatting with ease, darting to the woman's other shoulder and starting the round over again. Finally giving up, Tifa just huffs and turns back to the SFC.]

Be nice to the poor creature. I'm sure it's just curious.

[The Norwegian's camera is focused on his own fairy, settled on a bed post. Nearby is Norway, book propped up on his knee, turning the page before he glances towards the SFC.]

Apparently we all have the same mark. It's harmless, but it can be an eyesore. [He taps to his arm--There's a healing bite just below his own mark.]

Nonsense. I like having people around. I raise two kids back home, so I'm used to intrusions, don't worry! And the noise.

Unfortunately, I'm not as loud as some members of my family. [A short pause.] You have children?

Too quiet, too noisy--It depends from day to day.

Not my own, no. Marlene is Barret's adopted daughter, a great friend of ours. She lives with us while he's away working.

Denzel Cloud and I adopted after our city was destroyed a few years ago.

[pause]

How long have you been here, if I can ask...?

[Was that a teeny tiny smile on his face for five seconds?] You must care about them a lot.

[He thumbs the page of his book for a minute or two, thinking.] Four weeks as of today, I believe.

I wonder... How far that applies to nations and their citizens.

As much as I've gotten used to this place, home isn't too bad of an idea. My daily routine hasn't been the same. It's missing that annoying family member of mine.
