[Tifa swats rather ineffectually at a small glowing figure making a game out of peering over her shoulder. The little fairy giggles but avoids the swatting with ease, darting to the woman's other shoulder and starting the round over again. Finally giving up, Tifa just huffs and turns back to the SFC.]

[So. Tifa's been wandering around for a little while, completely entranced with the place. Of course, she's firmly convinced she's dreaming, because really, how else does one explain being 1. in a city she doesn't recognize or remembers traveling to, 2. in a city enclosed in a bubble, and 3. said bubble-city being located under the ocean!
