Be interesting to see how Kodak/Carestream go over now, rebranding in the medical world is always tricky - do you remember the Picked debacle?
Picker International, well known healthcare equipment manufacturer rebranded as Marconi Healthcare and then sank without a trace (after Siemens and GE picked the remaining scraps of meat off the bones).
I think Kodak Health UK were in for a rough ride anyway - they did not pick up that that big a chunk of the pie when HM Gov divided the country into a few mega-regions and set contracts for PACS. What business they did get was as a subcontractor with much reduced margins.
Conventional radiology via X-Ray film is pretty much a dead business now.

I knew it was coming (because you'd hinted as much) but it's still a bit of a shock -- I've always thought of you when I see the Kodak logo, and that's suddenly erroneous ...
