It occurs to me that you are the most prolific writer that I know *personally*, and you could even be a big celebrity author for all I know (I suppose it depends on the vagaries of your fandom and where you post your stuff), but I have not read almost any of your fic because I don't know any of your fandoms.

I really loved this fic! It is so sweet. <3 I suddenly really want there to be a lot more Sakura/Kurogane out there... I never thought of it before, but for some reason, I saw Sakura being a bit older in this fic (actually, that was probably the booze *LOL*) and suddenly, it just seemed to work.

I also like the idea of the two of them sitting silently in a dark room when they can't sleep; little moments like that seem very 'true to life' (as opposed to being overly cinematic).

I think my only suggestion would be to try and condense the third last paragraph into one sentence, so it stays more terse (which would seem to go well with a quiet/short & sudden scene like this).

ekas wrote a Kurogane/Sakura fic for 15pairings, too. One of those pairings I never thought would work until I decided to write it ^_^;;

I'll take a look and see if I can do something for that paragraph. Like I said, this fic really irks me for some reason.

I have a thing for non-canon TRC pairings like, Kurogane/Souma (OTP) and Fai/Sakura, so I was delighted to see that someone wrote a Kurogane/Sakura fic. And damn well-written one too.
I love that Kurogane is the one who helps her sleep by giving her that pep-talk because while Kurogane does care about Sakura, he was very loyal to Tomoyo, who was also a princess. It in a way, deepns his bond with Sakura. (Do I sound coherent?)
She isn't used to being presented with decisions and being trusted to make the right one. But Kurogane's eyes are sincere, if intense, and it's then that she decides to trust herself.
This part is so lovely :).

I agree that non-canon pairings are awesome. It's what I like about 15pairings - the way it makes you explore pairings outside the canon. I actually claimed Kurogane/Souma for 1sentence, but I haven't finished the themes yet ^_^
