Number two in my ongoing series of fics that didn't quite make it. This one rubs me the wrong way and I don't know why. Which is the worst thing. I like it when I can point out exactly what it is I don't like about something, even if I can't figure out how to fix it. Oh well

It occurs to me that you are the most prolific writer that I know *personally*, and you could even be a big celebrity author for all I know (I suppose it depends on the vagaries of your fandom and where you post your stuff), but I have not read almost any of your fic because I don't know any of your fandoms.

I have a book rec for you, BTW. I have discovered "The DaVinci Code" does "the Dracula myth". I haven't finished it yet, so it might go Wicked on me at the end, but right now, it's a jolly good romp. The book is called "The Historian" by Elizabeth Kostova, and is a bit of a beast at 800 pgs. But, quite good! I'll let you know how I like the ending.
