Christmas Eve at Michael's Mother's House and at my Mother's House

Dec 24, 2011 23:18

Today went well, for the most part. I copied Michael's mother's Christmas cd's onto my computer. We watched more Christmas specials and will be watching The Snowman momentarily. Hi. I was randomly searching journals for people with an interest in Carl Jung and came across yours. I like your writing, and noticed we shared some other interests too, so I added you to my friend's list. I hope that works for you.

I like the song in The Snowman, especially Nightwish's version

I think I have heard Nightwish's version, but I have to add it to my itunes!

My favorite of the other versions is actually not a vocal but a piano rendition by George Winston. The album Forest has Walking in the Air, Building the Snowman, and The Snowman's Music Box Dance.

I like George Winston's "Colors/Dance" song. They played a short clip from it (with a piano and flute) at my sister's high school graduation, which I missed part of.

Oh, I used to watch Everwood when it was on TV, but I only remember two seasons, I think. Maybe I went to college after that and, therefore, stopped watching it. Are there four seasons total? I've been watching the new show with the girl from Everwood; I think it's pretty good. I always thought she was a pretty actess. Anyway, that's kind of random, but I guess seeing the Everwood DVDs peaked my interest. I don't think many people watched it, and it was one of only a couple of shows I watched in high school, although I don't really remember it anymore. :P

Well, I hope you have a very nice Christmas and a lovely day today. :)

There are four seasons of Everwood, yes:-) It was canceled very suddenly. I think the girl from Everwood is very pretty! I haven't seen her new show yet, but I want to. I hope you are having a good Christmas, too!<3
