I think it's because he's perpetually 12, and most 12-year-olds are bastards. Also, England's reaction when he appeared was probably something like "OH GOD, NOT ANOTHER BROTHER!" Together, this means they really don't like each other.

I agree with you, though both are the types that just can't show stuff like that to other people. UK would rather punch someone in the face than tell him that he likes him. Or, he would do that to actually say that he likes him. So yeah |D

I nodded in recognition at England having high scores on Minesweeper and Solitaire. Then I felt a bit silly. He absolutely would, though.

I had serious problems with them being so cute. It's making me regret having to swap Prussia and England back! D:

England gets in from a hard day's work and goes straight to the computer because he's still got lots to do and he's a very busy man! Then he plays solitaire until dinnertime. But there's the possibility that he could do work, therefore, it's better than watching TV.
