I think it's because he's perpetually 12, and most 12-year-olds are bastards. Also, England's reaction when he appeared was probably something like "OH GOD, NOT ANOTHER BROTHER!" Together, this means they really don't like each other.

I agree with you, though both are the types that just can't show stuff like that to other people. UK would rather punch someone in the face than tell him that he likes him. Or, he would do that to actually say that he likes him. So yeah |D
It could just be me, though.

But yeah, they are pretty much the worst two personalities to be brothers.
