What's up with Peter tho? Is he feeling guilty over his feelings for Claire and not wanting to let her know?

And why is she grounded? What does Noah know? Cos if he KNEW then he'd probably know to watch for something like Peter visiting her at home. I think it's something else... something like Sylar having escaped!
