this. was. amazing. just...sentimental and sweet and unique and so HOT. i love the idea of zayn as a time-traveler, going forward and back to see liam and himself in different stages of their life and just...learning and watching and helping himself along (does that make sense?) but there's still a sense of realism to it because he knows not to reveal anything or say what he's not supposed to

just omg bro this is like amazing and it has my favorite kink ever which is self-cest and you did so well, seriously. when i first saw this fic and I saw the header with Zayn/Zayn/Liam and the summary i immediately felt like i was on cloud 9 but at the same time i was a bit afraid this was gonna be rubbish and i even prayed a little for it to be good AND YOU BEAT ALL MY EXPECTATIONS SO HARD

I'm just like, snickering to myself right now because you are ridiculous and I love it. And I had chicken for supper last night so consider one already deliciously sacrificed in my honour. :D

I am also a big stupid fan of self-cest, be it time travel or clone fic or whatever, but I forced myself to be up to the challenge because there are some pretty boring tropes in fic that keep getting trotted out and I figured, okay, I can do this. I can do something a little bit different with it. And then I wrote way too much and had some really tough-ass awesome betas beat me into submission (and cut like 3k words of stupid shit) and here we are.

great job with the ending. it ended exactly where it should, with zayn loving his traveling life and all iterations of zayn and liam, but knowing that this one, this liam is his home. :D

:D Thanks for all of your help in getting to that point, dude. I haven't abandoned the rest of what I wrote and cut out, but I thought it worked better if it were potentially in another fic, for future or potentially even past Zayn to deal with. There are too many other points in his life that I want to explore, other trips, before this one and later.
