[The video feed cuts on askew. The owner of this device certainly didn't mean to turn it on. In fact, the owner is obviously very preoccupied. The feed is at an angle, and what that angle reveals is of Cole, crawling on his hands and knees, sheer stone walls behind him, across a floor completely obscured by the thick layer of shattered glass

[She's going to try to not freak out. It's not going to work well. She's now gathering her equipment up. She tries to keep her voice steady.]

Cole?

[wasinnocent]

[She closes her eyes and swallows, trying to hide that she's so freaking out and gripping her swords so tightly that her knuckles are white.] Don't you dare pass out, alright?

[griftering]

[The walls are slowly fading into emptiness, but the glass remains, as do the wounds and the blood.] I'm on it, babe. [He doesn't seem like it.]

[wasinnocent]

[So angry.] If you pass out, I will never forgive you.

[griftering]

Got it. No passing out...

Video;

[wasinnocent]

Do you have any idea where you are? At all?

Video;

[griftering]

[He draws in a breath, mustering the strength to rise to his feet, and while his footing is unstable, he stays standing. Then he has to lean back down to pick up the device, and is luckily close enough to that ladder to catch himself on it.] Oh, hey. Look at that. You're right here.

Dammit Cole, stop moving! [Alright. Think, Charis. Where could he be? Dammit, he needs to move to figure out where he is...]

Can you look around where you are at all?

[griftering]

[He looks up, squinting.] No go. It's at least twenty feet up.

Video;

[wasinnocent]

You're telling me that Cole Cash is just going to give up because twenty feet is too much? Guess I was wrong to think of you as a potential equal.

Video;

[griftering]

Hey. You asked if I could see where I am from here. [He shakes his head.] I can't. So give me a second. [And he heads to the ladder.]

[wasinnocent]

[She feels so bad for being mean like that.] Get your ass going then, I can't get to you if I don't know where you are.

[griftering]

[He nods and starts climbing...and slips, but manages to catch himself. Finally, he actually gets to the top and just sits there for a second, breathing a lot.] Son of a bitch...

Be--[she stops herself from shouting be careful, for some reason she feels like she has to be tough here and can't show her panic and concern.]

I don't know. [He takes a moment to take a look around.] Stone walls, a lot of nothing. It's not what I walked in to, that's for sure.
