[Despite all that had been going on Mitsuru still remembered the date, she remembered it while laying awake on the 3rd. Not just that date years ago though, she also remembered what happened more recently on October 4th back in her world. The day that she had lost "her" Shinjiro. She couldn't forget the date, and she doubted that Shinjiro could either. So, she went out looking for him.

She didn't know what she'd say, or if he even wanted to talk with her after their last conversation, but she did anyway. She had a fairly good idea of where to look too. She walked up to the roof and hesitated a moment before actually saying anything to him. ]

It ...looks like we've been given some rest from this place.

He...died, Shinjiro, at my hands. He watched me being taken and tortured and couldn't do anything. [Which probably played at I couldn't save my sister senses.] And a lot more...he's lost a lot of his...[she doesn't know how to put it either] he's matured a lot.
