Arrogance

One of the problems I struggle with is the feeling that people who disagree with me are wrong. I do my best to keep that feeling in check, but sometimes it slips out regardless - more often than not in ways I don't notice at the time, like a tone of voice or a fleeting facial expression, but occasionally in flat-out disparagement. Its not wrong to believe in your own convictions. To believe anything in this world it requires us to assume that one answer is more right than another and if that translates as you being right and them being wrong is not so bad. Its just about remembering that on some more abstract questions, and I mean pretty much anything more abstract than 1+1 here, that answers are only right or wrong for you and no one else.
