Finally got my new laptop (a Samsung R20 core 2 duo 2GB 160GB) as an early birthday present, my real b'day is in December so I often get given clothes and jewelery but usually the sort of things things to wear at Christmastime (and to send to the charity shop in January), this is a much better pressy and a trillion times more needed and appreciated

Have to say what you said about the Pensions Service doesn't surprise me at all. They're terrible!
