I hope you are deducting missed service from your monthly bill...as a business woman who works from home - I'd be lighting the bon-fire.

It's actually my roommate's phone service. I tried to call Verizon today and get a real person on the line, but after racking up $10 dollars in cellphone minutes while on hold, I decided my roommates can use their own minutes when they get back from Pennsic. But you can be sure that the downtime will be deducted from the bill, that SOP for my roommmate.
