Hmmmm.... turns out that peculiar cooking smell was the vegtable water boiling dry.... on a low heat for over an hour.

Yik.

The house now smells of burnt non-stick saucepan and deep-fried broccoli.

Not that I have a bad memory and a crappy weak sense of smell or nuffin....

Burnty broccoli, oh ew. :D I was making garlic bread last night and left the saucepan for about... 5 or 10 minutes on high heat on accident. The smell drove me insane until I aired out the house.

Well I sorted the smell out. I just cooked stuff that was heavy on garlic and spices.... =D
