Komui peeks out of his door at the sound of a certain someone hitting the floor with all the grace of a bowling ball made out of lead. Upon doing so, he blinks and stares for awhile, a curious look on his face when he notices Garrus. After half a minute of staring, he steps out of the doorway, whistling as he goes over to check whether or not the turian is dead.

He crouches down, finds that the turian is breathing, and shrugs his shoulders. He then prods the odd-looking alien with his finger experimentally, getting, to his glee, no response whatsoever. Komui then debates whether or not to move the sleeping individual back inside his room, when he realizes that this is indeed a wonderful opportunity for 1) The damn turian to actually sleep, and 2) for him to rescue his Komurin. Thus, the Chinaman concludes that moving him would be a bad idea, and leaving him would be a good example for the rest of his children the asylum. That is, go without sleeping for God-knows-how-long and end up looking stupid afterwards when the inevitable ( ... )

He will find his robot to be a mass of well-meaning screws, tape, spots of blue blood, and a paperclip. But otherwise intact.

Well-meaning as he was, Komui's face upon entering the room and spotting his broken invention is a picture of the utmost distress and horror. Paperclips and tape. Paperclips and tape. What was the dratted turian thinking?

Wasn't the purpose of the entire operation to fix his Komurin, not to just randomly stick parts back on with tape and hope the adhesive would hold? It was like...reconnecting a man's severed limb back on with glue--you just didn't do that.

Good God, Komui thinks, this man is an idiot.

"Yes..." Ennis agreed, the hand on her shoulder a great comfort. It was hard to say if he had been knocked out or just simply passed out, but if it had to happen, she was glad that it had been on B Floor and not in the middle of that mess two floors above ( ... )

"We'll figure it out as we go," Firo said, quite the fan of doing things that way. He nodded at Ennis and then rose to his feet again, stepping around to the other side of the Turian. "Maybe we should roll him over first." It would probably be better and less of a drag on his other arm that way. It'd be so much easier if they could just carry the guy, but Firo was only immortal, not granted super-strength.

It would likely be better on his face as well to turn him on his back first. "Yes," she agreed, and moved into a better position to push Garrus over, ready when Firo was.
