LONG CARD WORKOUT

As promised for Sooz...and anyone else that cares.

This is the long card workout is the shit. I got this workout from a firefighter friend that needed to get in shape for the season. It is so hot. I was practically frothing at the mouth when he was typing it via messenger. I was that excited. Ha ha. No way can I do them unassisted. I am going to make it my goal to do at least one on my own. Just one. I usually skip that part if I am at home ( ... )

Ooooooooooh is this the MedDiet or whatever the hell it's called? :) I remember someone telling me about it, with the vitamin shots and shots and such...and I believe there is an office in Murray/Midvale/SouthJordan, correct? I think it's what I'm thinking of!

P.S. I'm totally going to have to make the Long Card my goal.

This thing doesn't have a name so I am pretty sure it is not the MedDiet. I would like to know what that is all about. This is a pretty low key thing. You totally should make the long card your goal. I work up to more reps every week. It is awesome.
