I meant to tell you what I am doing for the last ten. It goes like this. I go into his office in South Jordan once a week for a B12 shot. It then take supplements throughout the day that help BUILD MUSCLE and CURB APPETITE. They are the shit. I eat 1,000 to 1,200 calories a day. I did 1,000 at first and almost died of depression and hunger due to my strenuous workouts. It wasn't enough so I went to 1,200 and it has been perfect. I have a lot of control. In fact, I turn down candy (my weakness) a lot. It is $160 a month and I think it is totally worth it. People tell me I look tiny all of the time now. So weird. I am in a size 8 skirt at express and possible size 8 editor pant there as well. That is huge for me and my body. Also, I spoke with him about weaning off the supplements and it seems doable. This doesn't feel like a crash type diet, lifestyle change. Okay. Hope that made sense. In a hurry. Not re-reading. You text or email if you have questions. I will text his number now.
