you already know how much i love the beginning paragraphs, they're so gorgeous and the whole painting/sunset description melts my heart since i have a weak spot for romantic, poetic like analogies and stuff.
"But I lean closer until I can count her flimsy eyelashes, and if she were real I’d be close enough to hear her heart beating, or see myself reflected on her charcoal eyes too; but she’s dead, dead, dead - and I kiss her anyway."
okay, i'm insanely in love with the whole 'if-i-touch-her-i'm-in-pain' ordeal, it's just that little edge that makes you so anxious on how they'll end up. plus, the 'It hurts everywhere - of course it hurts, it’s an abomination to touch her, it’s death.' nearly killed me. it sounded very much like myungsoo(?).
characterization is spot-on (in my head at least, because this is E X A C T L Y how i picture my myungsoo and suzy)!!! we are really and truly otp soul mates. especially this line: "(When did I start to care?)that line nearly killed me, it's ( ... )
