Tae Yang
Young Bae is amazing. Seriously, he's the sweetest guy in the world, he's adorably shy, and he's just so nice it doesn't seem possible. In Big Bang, he's one of the main singers, and the "mom" of the group, because he cares intensely about the members. He's serious, earnest, and humble. And did I mention he's hot? Because he is, very much so. So basically he's everything you'd ever want in a man. He's just amazing.

- First appeared in Jinusean's video "A-yo" (he appears at 3:12, as mini!Sean).
- A month after appearing in Jinusean's video, Young Bae confronted YG as to why he wasn't called again. YG was so impressed with his confidence that he brought him into the company.
- Originally wanted to debut as a rapper, but eventually became one of the lead singers in Big Bang.
- Young Bae is super shy and nervous around girls, so much so that he's never had a girlfriend. Incidentally this makes me love him more.
- His first kiss was actually in the video for "My Girl". After it happened, he adorably texted the other Big Bang members saying "Hyungs, I'm dead. I kissed a girl"!
- YB is Christian, and highly religious. He once stated that he always carries his ipod, bible, and english vocab study cards with him.
- He and GD have been friends since they were 13, and were originally supposed to debut together as "GDYB" prior to Big Bang being formed.
- GD has said that YB used to be more outgoing and silly, but as he grew up, he became more serious. He very rarely goofs off anymore.

"My Girl" is Young Bae's first solo single, from Big Bang's second single. Incidentally this is also the video where he had his first kiss! Also back when he was rocking a completely different style.
"Only Look at Me" was Young Bae's first single off of his first mini album, "Hot". With a heavier R&B aspect and tone to it, this song set Young Bae's album apart. Also of note, all of the Big Bang members are featured in the video. (Also of note, GD recorded this song at the same time, you can hear it here (fan made video))
For "Prayer" Young Bae collaborated with YG producer extraordinaire (and 1TYM member) Teddy. This video focused heavily on Young Bae's amazing dance moves.
Off of his yet to be released new album, "Where U At" was released in late 2009. With a simplistic style ala "Prayer", the video focuses on dancing, with a cameo by Teddy.
Young Bae's most recent single (also from his yet to be released album), "Wedding Dress" is a gorgeous song, with a heartbreaking video.
Young Bae collaborated with Japanese singer Thelma Aoyama for "Fall in Love". It's such a pretty song, and the MV is very nicely done. I love them singing back to back, and the color desaturation that was going on.

Young Bae performed his first solo song, "My Girl" from their second single at The Great concert. He's also performed it at The Real concert, but I prefer this one, mostly because he gets wet. And I like that...
For the Global Warning Tour, Young Bae performed "기도 (Prayer)", and it was dance-tastic. I'm still sad Teddy didn't make an appearance, though.
This is my favorite Young Bae concert performance. For Big Show 2009 Young Bae performed "Only Look at Me" while playing a piano that was suspended above the stage! And at the end he takes off his shirt. Best performance ever.

Young Bae singing acapella on ShimShim TaPa radio. I love his accent on "Happy Birthday". He's more adorable that should be allowed by law.
This is actually not YB-centric, but too cute to not pass up. It's a clip from WGM, of Crown J and Seo In Young visiting Big Bang for some reason. I have no real idea what's going on since I can't understand Korean and can't read Vietnamese, but it's still adorable. I like the look on Young Bae's face when Seo In Young sits between him and TOP.

*Ovaries explode* OMG Young Bae with baby Harang (Sean of Jinusean's song) is too too too cute for words. Young Bae likes children and animals. He's like, the perfect guy ever. This is backstage at the Big Show 2010. I love that they have the same hair, it's so cute. OMG YB is so hot with the baby!
This might be a little too TMI-ey, but seriously, after this video I want to jump him. I love animals desperately, and he's loves animals, and he's hanging out with puppies, and seriously. I can't take it. It's too hot.
