My sleeping schedule is ruined!

Thursday/Friday night I went home at 3:40 am, couldn't sleep, then took a nap at 10pm, woke up at 1:15 am and went to work the next day. So I've been running on insanity the past 2 days, and my boss doesn't make it any better.
