Well alot of things have happened I went to visit my parents for awhile, and then stayed with some friends around tokyo for about a week, and it seems my mental state has improved...I was in a dark place for a long time but now I just feel normal so I guess that's a good thing?

no it's really tiny actually, and my neck did ache for a little bit but it's fine now, it fits on just the nape of my neck
