Maybe your boss brought in cupcakes because you had to fast that day and therefore would be evil. It could be good since your motorcycle was named cupcake. Even better if they were home made.

What did they have at the folk festival?

I'm obsessed with cupcakes and she knows that. I'm not certain what her motivation was but I would totally bet anything that one of my co-workers mentioned it. It was probably not her idea at all. :)

The Folk Festival is an annual music festival with local vendors selling carnival-type foods, restaurants selling "to-go" versions of their menus, crafts and live bands. There are five stages sponsored by various corporations, including Ukrop's and Suntrust and live music and performers are on them the whole time. It's very fun. Usually also packed.
