Today Todd and I ran most of the CROP walk. It was 3.5 miles and I was super proud of myself, since I hadn't run in ten days with my sinus/laryngitis business. Ick. Felt great, though! :) We managed to speed walk/run it in half an hour. Yay! By 'we', I mean Todd and I. We're awesome like that.

Yeah, Karen has a lot of scar tissue and wears mom jeans. My mom's jeans are just frumpy.

The inside was a visual party of disintegration. Spray paint, fallen wall boards. Good stuff!
