Yesterday I was offered a full time position with ADM (Archer Daniels Midland) for after I graduate in May! The position is in Clinton, IA. I am 98% sure that I will accept this offer. So I'll be in Iowa after May 8. I'm really excited about this. I was very impressed with the company and think that I will fit in well. I guess that's really ( Read more... )

Here's a recap of my trip ot to Decatur. Tuesday night I went to Texas Roadhouse with an engineer whose been with the company for about a year and a half, then we went and played pool and drank some beer. I am leaving in about 20 min for home to go on vacation with my family, so posts will be infrequent if any over the next few weeks. I am in my new house for my victory lap this year, it's nice, but missing some logic in the design and furnishing. I have a lot of other things to write about, but I wanted to leave 10 min ago, so I won't. Later.

Tonight was a fun and interesting evening. Before the evening, work was tons of fun (insert extreme sarcasm here).
