Good for you! I think you handled the request gracefully, respectfully and with just the right touch of humility. You got your point across without making them defensive. Hope Robert finds out what's wrong and that it can be treated effectively and inexpensively.

Heh, naw I didn't edit them out... she is from Nigeria and english is her second language. That's how her emails are lol. She is really nice and a pretty cool supervisor so I knew she wasn't bein cold
