I count points, so I use WW books, but I also have a paperback book with nutrition info on just about anything. Check out a bookstore and pick one you like. (Forgot you can edit comments now). I am often chillier when I eat a large meal -- i.e. a lot at once, even if it's not cessarily that caloric. As if all the blood surrounds my stomach to help digest it..... lol
