I think I finally figured out why I'm so cold all the time these days.
Caloric Intake.
I don't think I'm spreading my calories out appropriately. Since I seem to be warmer at night, I must be taking the bulk of my calories with dinner. I need to spread those sucka's out more evenly with perhaps a slight emphasis on the mornings.
So - could all you diet people help me figure out how to calculate calories & serving sizes? I've been doing rough guestimates - but nothing too accurate since most of the food I eat is either raw or prepared by me. Where do ya'll get your information from? I've done google searches and have come up with a few sites that give calories and servings for some raw foods - but they often disagree with each other. Is there a tested and trusted source out there? This is important enough that I'm willing to lay down some money if necessary.
I'm tired of being cold all the time.
