So, I finded a recipe online this morning and, having the ingredients to hand, I figured I'd try them out while baking cupcakes for C's birthday tonight.

This go round, I used frozen. It was what I had. They're a little bitter compared to fresh? So, I let them thaw for a good 45 minutes, then rinsed them in a strainer and let them sit in warm water for a few minutes. Once I did that, I pulled the strainer out to let them drain and then coated them in confectioner's sugar and let them kind of soak that up. It made them much tastier.

I had frozen raspberries, but they were pretty good anyway =D
