I just got back from watching 'La Vie en Rose' (or 'La Môme', the original French title), Olivier Dahan's movie on Edith Piaf. I highly recommend it to anyone who knows anything about her music, though I might recommend reading up on her life a little beforehand, as otherwise some parts of the movie may be a little difficult to understand. Room Makeover
My room is finally somewhat ready. I started re-doing it about a month ago, and finally got the furniture in the right arrangement and bought good curtains last week. This is what my room looked like before:

Spring is here!
Yes, you read right: spring really is here. It's been about +15 for the last few days. And it's MARCH. This is so wierd! Last year, we still had snow at this point, but now people are walking outside in t-shirts, eating ice cream and just generally enjoying spring-things. Voting
I got to vote in the parliamentary elections for the first time today :) The action of voting was simple and quick in itself, but choosing who to vote for... that was an entirely different matter. It's getting closer....
It's only now starting to hit me that my third year in high school is really starting to end. Well ok, so the actual graduation is in June, and I'm not even graduating this year because unlike most people, I'm staying for a fourth year. Ok, so I know I haven't posted in forever, and that I haven't even told about my trip to Germany, which was like a month ago. December 23rd
The preparations for Christmas Eve are done: the tree is up and decorated, the presents under it (well, apart from the furniture I'm getting, they're a bit big to go under the tree), the food's been bought, and we also have a bit over 2 kilograms of chocolate in the house. Today was a very important occasion in my life: I had my last gym lesson. EVER. Finally! I cannot even begin to say how happy it makes me to know that I never, ever have to suffer through another game of floor ball, basketball or, worst of all, soccer.
