At the Franklin Fountain, an old fashioned ice cream shop (down to the dress and hair of the servers), taliabear , mmsword  and I started the day with ice cream sundaes.  I got "The Lightning Rod"..

That is so much icecream!

If a lynx won't leave you alone I think by law you're allowed to take it home. I'm pretty sure. Should have asked the zookeeper.

Also, the mandatory facepalm for insinuating that 95 degrees is hot.

Yes yes but I am back in Seattle now and it's 59F outside. And I'm in shorts, relaxing!

It was a seriously miserable heat out there, though. Not just 95F, but the humidity was truly thick.

Nevertheless, it would have been a humanitarian gesture to take the lynx home, where airconditioning could be found! After all, they're supposed to be Snow-Kitties..
