Been totally swamped at work.. but I do hope to be all caught up tomorrow so I can play a bit!

About a half hour before I was about to leave work, I got a call from my mom saying there was a small bush fire in the canyon. My parents backyard is right at the beginning of the canyon trails, so not good! Seems though someone got the fire dept out there in time to get it under control so no harm done, whew. Just saw this in the Chronicle Datebook today.. the X-men Comics are being set in SF now! That is just too cool. And yea what better place to fly your 'freak flag'! Makes sense to me. ;) Think I might have to check out the comics to see all the SF references, hee.

Flew in about 1:30p today and now that i'm all settled in i'm gonna stay put here cuz i'm *pooped*. :P Was a super weekend and the Con was everything I hoped it would be.. just awesomely geektastic, heh.
