Today I had to extend my visa and so I went down to the immigration office in Merjeh with my friend Mads. It's an odd but undeniable fact that my armpits smell like cannabis. Beirut is nuts man. I spent way more money there than I should have, but in four days I managed to meet some interesting people and have a good time. On Sunday we did a walking tour (comprised mostly of students who had been there months and had already been on the tour already, along with a couple of Latvians).
