Praise be to God....!! Had my blood sugar tested...fasting # 86 normal..cholesterol all normal...good cholesterol number a bit low but total number is 172. Only problem is my hypertension seems to stay higher then it should even on my meds. Dr. Looking at making a change..we'll see. Still need to loss some weight. I'm a bit embarrassed to say this but I've gained close to 100 pounds since I married by husband over 20 yrs ago. He still calls me his beautiful girl but does want me to lose some weight for my health.. I recently heard a radio advisement on the danger of type 2 diabetes. The recent news of suicide amongst our gay youth is just so sad. I can not imagine the emotional pain of being a gay teenager in an intolerable world were being bullied is now the norm.
