OH MY GOD!!!!! WHAT FANTASTIC PICTURES!!!
What a beautiful place!
That t-shirt is truly awesome! XDDDDD
LOL @ the 'Bilboats' and othere "Bilbo" stuff! Hahahaha.
The mixture of old & new buildings also reminds me of Lisbon. They do that there too. :)
And the Zubizuri Bridge looks similar to the Vasco da Gama Bridge in Lisbon!!!! That is so fascinating. XDDD
Okay, your description of the food was so fantastic that it made me hungry and I am going to get some eggs. I never had a proper breakfast this morning. XDDD
Now I really have to go to Basque Country just to sample some of the cake! (It was mentioned in 'Basque History of the World' too!!!!!!! XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDddd

Thank you! :D I'm so glad you like them! It's really hard to do this beautiful city justice! :)

Oooh, I really must go to Lisbon! Sounds great!

The food was absolutely brilliant. I love Spanish cuisine in general because it's light and healthy and doesn't spoil the unique taste of the ingredients by too many spices. Also, somehow the Spanish manage to make the greatest things out of the simplest ingredients. Yum yum yum. :)

YES, YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE BASQUE COUNTRY! Not just for the cake but for a billion other reasons as well! And do take me with you! :D

Me too! I love the simplicity of the Spanish food so much. The Italian food was like that as well. They don't mess around with the original beautiful, fresh ingredients. Oh, and Portuguese food is the same. Because they are a coastal country the fresh fish is in abundance and their fresh fruit and vegetables are plentiful as well. XD

Mind you, I LOVED the food we had in Bavaria. In fact, I think we enjoyed it the most! :)

I have this feeling that if I go to the Basque Country I will never want to go anywhere else! XDDDD And I felt that same way about Andalucia! XDDDDD

It's great that there are so many different yet good kinds of food so we'll never get bored. But whereas I do like Bavarian food, I think Spanish food is a lot lighter and you don't feel that stuffed afterwards.

I have this feeling that if I go to the Basque Country I will never want to go anywhere else! XDDDD
I definitely feel like that now that I've been there! :)
