I know there have been several World Cup icon posts on LJ the past few days, but when I saw jennis_footie's wonderful World Cup picspams, I just couldn't resist making some icons of my own. I hope there are at least a couple of them that you haven't seen in any form before. ;)

LOL...the first thing I did was scan them to look for Karim Matmour! I don't see any! I guess I'll have to do a separate post on him! (I was actually just preparing one when the earthquake happened!)

I'm sorry I didn't make any icons of Karim Matmour, but I haven't found any pics of him so far! There are still a lot of your posts that I haven't checked out, so prepare yourself for more icons! :D A Karim Matmour centered picspam would be most appreciated! XD *rubs hands gleefully*

The Brazilian guys definitely know how to appear cute in press conferences and such, but they're anything but that on the pitch! ;)

Drogba is indeed a perfect subject for icons. Also, I love Ivory Coast's orange shirts!

The pics of Danny and Nicklas eating fruit are among my favourites so far, too. :D

LOL, the Iker icon. XD It's not a real hill, in the original pic he's lying on the floor, but I thought it would be interesting to tilt the pic a bit. ;)
