This is so so so wonderful. I totally love it.

(okay, almost totally, I do have a little uneasy something with the mentioning of girlfriends and such.)

but when it comes to them and you writing them? I skip over it and love the smut and the dialogue and (very, very) nearly everything.

it gets me to a grinding halt when reading slash, (I have tried and tried and tried, but yeah, it's my definite killer) but sometimes you just make a little leap because you know what follows is so worth it It was such a lovely, unexpected gift. And it's them. How could I not love it?

I'm glad you liked the dialogue because I put a lot of effort into it. Dialogue is so underrated in fic sometimes, but I think it can have a huge impact when it's done right. :) It makes me ridiculously happy that you thought it was realistic, for that was just what I intended! :D

I've been to Portsmouth already, and I know what a beautiful city it is. Honestly, the football club doesn't really deserve to be in such a beautiful city. It's a shame what the owners are doing to that club. I couldn't not write something about that. Also, Finns recently did an interview saying that the team won't accept not getting paid in time for much longer.

I'm not even sure Finns doesn't go to rock concerts, but I thought it would be fun if he said it just to tease Dan, who obviously is a huge rock fan. XD

This was really great. The whole interaction between them is so realistic, the dialogues and the way they react to each other. And I like how Steve is so insecure about his age, too, and how Dan has to constantly reassure him.

Thank you! I'm glad you found this realistic! I always put a lot of effort in making the interaction between my characters authentic, and I'm happy when people say it worked for them. It's one of the highest compliments I can imagine, so thank you very much! :)

And Steve is just a darling. I don't know if he's that insecure in real life, but I love writing him that way because it shows how adorable he is. :)
