Bayern vs Juventus. Current score: 1-1. Goals by Trezeguet and... Butt. Yes, you read that right. Jörg Butt, our insane goalkeeper, scored a penalty against Gigi Buffon. Again. Though, thinking about it, it's not that much of a surprise: the other 10 players on the pitch have been made of so much fail so far, it figures that none of them would ( Read more... )

OMG, don't be sorry! WE WON! :D I can't quite believe it myself, but we scored 4 goals against Juventus. Despite their awesome goalkeeper, and despite all the stars on the team (most of which I dislike extremely, like Legrottaglie and Camoranesi).

(I'm glad you sympathise with the fans at least. :D)

I am so happy for Bayern! I hate Juventus this year, even in spite of the fact Caceres is playing for them. (At least I can cheer for him when he is playing with Uruguay. XD)

I've never really liked Juventus, so I was particularly worried about this match. I expected them to win because of all the stars they have, but at the same time I dreaded their celebrations and cheers. I don't know if it makes sense at all, but I can't bear seeing players I dislike celebrate a victory, especially against one of my teams. It feels like a punch in the face. And I'm sure the Juve players would have been particularly smug, like Italy were when they won the World Cup. Ugh. Glad it turned out differently.

(Yes, Uruguay!Cáceres definitely deserves being cheered for. I'm so glad Uruguay made it to the World Cup! :D)
