I have just got home from college [evil people make me go for 2hrs 30mins now *grrr*] and Athletic Club are on actual proper English tv I can't believe it, just wished I'd got to see it from the beginning. They are really impressed with little Iker :)

I'm planning to do a big trip around Spain next year or the year after that (depending when there'll be company available, because I don't want to travel alone), and Bilbao and San Mamés are definitely on the list of places to visit!

I found a torrent, but the language is Polish, and the quality is a bit wonky. The close-ups are fine but otherwise it's slightly blurry. Does that matter? If it doesn't, I'll re-upload the video and post the links at athletic_club.

Iker is so cute. I hardly ever say this about guys, but with him it's absolutely true. And in my mind the two Fernandos are so totally his bodyguards. :D

Gah, I hate it when things like that happen, especially when they happen completely out of nowhere! Hamburg has been doing so well in the league recently that this came as quite a shock to me. Of course, I guess it would have been even worse if I had actually watched the match and seen them play so abysmally. I never thought this could happen. Anyway, I suppose we have to file this under "lessons that have to be learned in life" and move on. *hugs*

And Jesus Christ - Tel Aviv just beat Celtic.
I must say that this amused me because I like it when Boruc gets slapped in the face. ;) (Why did Hinkel have to go there?)

And if I look at Boateng today, Friedrich today, Mertesacker today, Tasci yesterday, Westermann everyday, I have a massive urge to start following cricket.*shudders* Good point. With a good team, I'd say don't worry about the defense, the midfield can help out, but... you see my problem
